Favorite Family Recipe
Our resident survivors prepare and eat their meals together each day. They learn valuable cooking skills and share in the goodness of sitting around the table together. Your donations to our Favorite Family Recipe program greatly help us offset the financial costs to operate our Safe House. More importantly, sharing your Favorite Family Recipe with our girls makes them feel loved and cared for.
HOW DOES IT WORK? WHO CAN HELP?
This campaign is designed to work for individuals, civic organizations, study groups, life groups, schools and staff teams within corporations.

First: Set a goal for the number of DINNER meals your group would like to provide. Each meal bag, based on your favorite recipe, should feed 8 - 10 girls. Our girls also make and eat breakfast and lunch together, but based on the perishable nature of those meals, we greatly appreciate gift cards to purchase those meal items.

Second: Fill one or more bags of groceries with the ingredients to make your favorite family recipe. Include or attach the recipe to the bag. If your recipe includes perishable items such as dairy, fresh veggies/fruits or meats, enclose a gift card to a chain grocery store, Walmart or Food Lion are preferred, and the girls will buy the items when they select your bag to prepare their meal.

Third: Set a date - coordinate with your group and our team for delivery of food bags. You can email info@oewHOPE.org to connect with us to arrange a pick-up.

One Small Request... Do you like to eat spaghetti 6 nights per week? No? Neither do our kids, so we thank you sincerely for being creative with your recipe choices.

This is a program that you can get creative with. Make a dinner meal bag(s), buy gift cards for a local chain grocery store for breakfast and lunch meals, or a combination thereof. Have fun and know that you are greatly benefiting the life of a survivor of human trafficking!

Financials
On Eagles Wings is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization which seeks to operate under the highest standards of financial accountability and excellence. All charitable donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law within the United States. Our IRS 990's are reported each year and governed by a Board of Directors. We have obtained the Guidestar Silver Exchange of Approval for our commitment to financial transparency.
On Eagles Wings (OEW) works to prevent children and youth from falling victim to sex trafficking, offer assistance to those still trapped, and restore survivors by offering hope, healing, and a brighter future.
